Here are a few examples of the new Summum proposals to whet your appetite
- Strawberry and beet salad with mató cheese and carquinyolis
- Endive salad with beef jerky, mango and hazelnut emulsion
- Baked artichokes stuffed with black sausage and apple aioli
- Baked cod with Ganxet beans and garlic and sobrasada sautéed in sauce
- Traditional sea and mountain, stewed meatballs with cuttlefish and red potatoes
