During Thursdays in July this summer you can enjoy a unique gastronomic experience accompanied by the best live music in the garden of the Hotel Alimara.
🔥To begin, we invite you to enjoy a special menu that will take you on a journey through all the senses. From tempting starters to refreshing desserts, an explosion of flavors. The menu will vary every week, the first Thursday you will be able to taste:
STARTERS THAT INCLUDE:

Octopus and pork jowl skewer with Teriyaki sauce
Pastrami cake with mascarpone and chopped pistachio nuts
Tomato salad with tuna belly and pickles
