INCLUSIVE IMPROVEMENTS AT THE HOTEL ALIMARA'S RECEPTION DESK

We have made an inclusive implementation at the reception of the Hotel Alimara!

A magnetic loop, a device that optimizes communication for the hearing impaired, has been installed. People with hearing aids or cochlear implants receive an alert to their device to change its settings and benefit from improved communication.

The system used is that of the company Univox SmartLoop, a device that assists in person-to-person meetings, such as those that take place at a hotel reception desk, using induction loop technology.

This system provides an improvement in communication between people and minimizes the existing ambient noise, reinforcing the frequencies in which the user has a listening deficit.

The only thing the person with a hearing aid or cochlear implant has to do is to adjust their settings to adapt to the magnetic loop, which is marked at the reception desk of our hotel, usually at the T position of their device.

With these implementations, we intend to include better inclusiveness to take our hospitality to the next level.
