INNOVATIVE TRAINING FOR LEARNING THROUGH PLAY
A training program that combines gaming and environmental awareness? EMAS Let's Play makes it possible!
Recently, the team of Hotel Alimara has participated in this innovative training, which aims to be a digitizing program of environmental awareness and involvement for workers of EMAS organizations located in Catalonia, constituting an asset for these organizations and for their environmental management.
The training is done through a platform that hosts the tools created and allows participation by answering questions, uploading videos, images, and/or other resources both from the mobile and from any electronic device, and offers incentives in the form of prizes to participants.
This project is a new way to train the staff of EMAS organizations with modern tools that are more adapted to current needs and, at the same time, it projects an innovative and "smart" image. The project can also serve to transfer information on other environmental policies in a "soft" way and that can be integrated in the framework of the platform used by the project.
